What You Keep
You keep the majority of every sale — the higher a card sells, the more you keep. All eBay fees are already included in these percentages.
A $1 listing fee applies per card, and $5 per lot or sealed-wax listing. Optional Rush Listing: Gold $4/card (live within 24 hours of receipt) or Silver $2/card (48 hours). Ship rush cards in a separate package. Payouts by ACH ($1), PayPal (3%), or check ($10). Full terms are in your membership agreement at signup.

How much do I keep?
You keep 85% to 95% of every sale, tiered by the final sale price — the higher a card sells, the more you keep. All eBay fees are already included. A $1 listing fee applies per card, and $5 per lot or sealed-wax listing.
How long until my cards are live?
Standard submissions go live in 8–12 business days after we receive them. Gold Rush ($4 per card) goes live within 24 hours and Silver Rush ($2 per card) within 48 hours. Ship rush cards in a separate package.
When and how do I get paid?
Payout reports go out every Thursday and cover every item sold and paid for by the Monday before. ACH deposits usually land by Friday. Payout options: ACH ($1), PayPal Goods & Services (3%), check ($10), or international wire.
How should I pack my cards?
Every card in a penny sleeve and top loader — graded slabs and one-touches are fine. Don't tape top loaders; use team bags or bubble wrap. Label lots as lots, and put your QCID or account name inside the package. Cards should be worth $5 or more.
How are my cards listed?
As 7- or 10-day eBay auctions starting at $1. For a small fee you can choose a custom duration (1, 3, 5 or 10 days), a custom start price, a custom start date and time, or Buy It Now for cards worth $250+. Reserve auctions aren't available.
What if a buyer doesn't pay, or a card doesn't sell?
If a buyer doesn't pay, the card is relisted at no extra fee. A listing that doesn't sell for $1 is kept by Quick Consign and isn't shipped back.
Are my cards safe once they arrive?
Every package is opened on camera and logged. We're responsible for your cards once they're in our possession — not while they're in the mail, so ship with tracking.
Can I pull a card back after I send it?
Once a card is being processed for listing we can't ship it back, and once it's live on eBay the auction has to run its course. Please only send cards you're ready to sell.
Why is one of my sales on hold?
eBay holds funds on some sales — usually higher-value cards going through authentication. Those funds are paid out as soon as eBay releases them to us.
