Shipping to Us

• All cards must be penny sleeved and top loaded (including cards within a Lot). Graded cards and One-Touch/mag cases are fine. These cards should all have a value of $5 or higher. Packages we deem to be below the threshold will be donated or can be shipped back at the consignor's expense.
• Items will be photographed in the condition that they arrive in. Cards that arrive with dirt/debris/hair are subject to return/refusal of service.
• All lots must be labeled. Cards not labeled as “lot” will be listed as singles.
• No more than 20 unique cards will be allowed in a lot. There is no limit on lots that consist of identical duplicates of one card.
• Do not use blue tape or other adhesive to seal your top loaders. These will leave permanent residue and ruin your photos. Please use team bags or bubble wrap, and put as many cards inside of a team bag as possible.
• Cards that arrive with a break group or other promotional label on the top loader or one-touch will be removed from the holder and are subject to a $1 top loading fee. Please remove these yourself to avoid the fees.
• QC does not provide top loaders or penny sleeves and cannot top load your cards for you.
• Please ensure that you have completed an online submission when sending in consignment (under the existing customers tab on our website). Not creating a submission can lead to up to a 24-hour delay in processing.
• Ensure the name on your QC account and/or your QCID is on or inside your package. If a package is received and we cannot identify the owner/sender, the package will be returned to sender.
• QC is NOT responsible for your cards until they are in our possession.

Listing Process

• Packages received will be processed in our system and an email notification will be sent within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
• Your items will then be sorted/organized, and a follow-up email will confirm your listing count and let you know the items are processing for listing with a target live date.
• Please allow 24–48 hours after your target live date for listings to go live before reaching out to inquire status.
• Once your items go live, you will receive an email confirmation and instructions on how to view your listings on our eBay store.
• All items will be listed as either a 7-day or 10-day auction beginning at $1. See our custom services for more information on custom durations, prices and start times.

Payouts

We send payout reports every Thursday. The reports are generated on a weekly, rolling basis for every item from Tuesday–Monday. Your payout will consist of every item that has been sold AND PAID FOR by the Monday prior. Items awaiting payment or unsold will also be detailed. ACH deposits are typically in account by Friday.

Note: eBay occasionally holds funds for a small number of items awaiting authentication. These funds will be held until eBay confirms authenticity.

Your payout report will be sent via email, and it will include:

• Detailed log of all your consigned cards.
• Sales price, consignment % and net payouts for all sold listings.
• A summary page with your total payout amount and any deductions.
• A detailed list of all the cards that went unsold/unpaid.
• Payout funds will be automatically sent to you via your preferred method of payment.

Additional Terms and Conditions

• Shill bidding is strictly prohibited. Consignors may NOT directly or indirectly bid on items that they own. If the consignor is found to do this, through their own or proxy accounts, QC will block the consignor, return any items in processing, and end all current and future business operations.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or end listings for any item(s) that we determine have been tampered with in any way or are deemed inauthentic, counterfeit, do not meet eBay standards, or have shill bidding activity.
• Buyers do not always pay for cards they win. If the buyer does not pay, the item will be relisted with no additional fee within 7–10 business days. Non-payers are automatically blocked from ever bidding on another item again. QC is not responsible for any loss of profit or sale value that occurs due to this occurrence.
• Under no circumstances can an item listed on eBay be ended prematurely at the seller's request. Once an item is live on eBay, we must see the auction through.
• Once an item is in the process of being listed, we cannot ship it back to you. Please take care to ensure you want to sell the items sent to us.
• Any listing that DOES NOT SELL FOR $1 will be donated to QC and WILL NOT be shipped back to the customer. No exceptions.
• If you are selling a card with obvious defects, please note the defects so we can include these details in the listing. Any items returned or rejected due to undisclosed damage will result in the full amount of the loss for that item being collected from the consignor.
• Submissions will be processed as they are received. Vault services are not available, and we will not hold your package for any extended period of time.

Standard & Custom Services

CUSTOM SERVICES (per listing. All fees deducted from total payout. The $1 listing fee will still apply):

• Special Promotion — $5 (social media boost and feature on all our platforms).
• Gold Rush Listing — $4 per card (live within 24 hours of us receiving your cards). Silver Rush Listing — $2 per card (live within 48 hours). Rush submissions must ship in a separate, clearly-labeled package.
• Buy It Now (minimum $250 value) — you set the price, live for 30 days — $5.
• Custom Duration — 1, 3, 5, 10-day auctions available upon request — $2.
• Custom Start Date & Time — choose the exact day and time for your listings to drop, which also sets the auction end time (please allow 5 business days from receipt of package and 1 hour grace from your requested start) — $1.
• Custom Start Price — set the exact starting bid for your listings — $1.
• RESERVE AUCTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
